SunLine Transit Agency Joins the American Public Transportation Association for “Get On Board Day” – April 25, 2019

SunLine Transit Agency is participating in “Get On Board Day” on Thursday, April 25th. Sponsored by the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), the 2019 National Get On Board Day is a day that encourages people to support public transportation and showcases the benefits it brings to communities. Transit agencies throughout the country will be participating.

Furthermore, SunLine is also taking this opportunity to show the love for their customers by handing out candy and water at some of its highest-traffic stops in the Coachella Valley. Those taking the 111 line eastbound from 9-11am on Thursday morning, April 25, 2019, will be riding the Get On Board Day Celebration Bus – which will be decorated, and riders will have the chance to participate in a transit trivia game and enjoy music by MIX 100.5!
